Magdalen Nursery, Sutton is one of the most unique nursery settings in London.

This beautifully converted church has become a haven for children to express themselves, explore and play.

The nursery features five thoughtfully designed classrooms, created with children firmly in mind, alongside a range of bespoke features both indoors and outdoors.

Our calm and nurturing baby room offers a safe, dedicated space for up to six children each day.

a ‘Construction Zone’ and a beautiful library.

Children have the freedom to play and express their interests freely in our expansive open space
with child height resources available and stimulating areas with activities set up at all times.

Upstairs, our preschool classroom provides a nurturing space for children preparing for “big school.”
With a gentle balance of structure and freedom, we help children build confidence, independence, and a strong foundation for their next step.

Our large garden has been thoughtfully designed to include a variety of stimulating areas to discover, allowing us to create
a fun and engaging learning environment whatever the weather. It is a space where children can build confidence, curiosity,
and a genuine love of being outdoors.

A LITTLE EXTRA

Stories come to life through our Debutots sessions,
inspiring self-expression and a genuine love of language and literacy.

Children begin their Debutots journey with sensory and movement-based storytelling, which naturally develops into drama, role play, and retelling stories as they grow through the nursery. Regular outings within our local community and beyond give children valuable opportunities to explore the world around them alongside their peers, building confidence, curiosity, and a sense of independence.

Stories come to life through our Debutots sessions,
